This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Minesweeper (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information. The App is published by Nunulopo (package identifier com.nunulopo.minesweeper).
By using the App you agree to the practices described below.
We do not ask for, and the App does not collect, your email address, phone number, physical address, date of birth, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment card details.
The App saves the following locally on your device using the operating system’s standard app storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it:

The App displays advertising through Google AdMob. AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and process:
This data is used to serve, measure and — depending on your consent and settings — personalize advertising.
Your controls: you can reset or delete your advertising identifier, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). On iOS, personalized advertising requires your explicit App Tracking Transparency permission; if you decline, you will still see ads, but non-personalized ones.
In-app purchases (such as removing ads) are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your payment card number, billing address or store account credentials. We receive only the purchase confirmation needed to unlock the purchased feature.
If you use the App’s share function, the content you share is passed to the app you select (messaging, social, email). Handling of that content is then governed by that app’s own privacy policy.
Where the GDPR applies, we process data on these legal bases:
Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Leaderboard entries you submit are retained for as long as the leaderboard is operated, or until removal is requested (see Section 8). Data held by third-party providers is retained under their own policies.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Californian residents additionally have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted at this address with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
